I have a beautiful townhouse for sale Hacienda Guadalupe, in Duquesa close to beach and port and restaurants.
It has three beds, two bathrooms, built to high standards to include windows which have the blinds inside them, pool, garage with storage and gymnasium. Beautiful clear views of ocean and mountains. Keypad entrance. All modern conveniences and it is just completed at the end of 2007. Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, etc. all included in sale.

I don ‘t know how near to Duquesa you would like to be, I have a townhouse on the edge of Manilva which is for sale. It has 3 beds, 2.5 bathrooms fitted kichen with a granite breakfast bar and all white goods. We have a paved courtyard rear garden with flower beds and a barbeque.
The master bedroom has a small balcony with wonderful views to the sea and mountains and up to Estepona and beyond. There is a terrace downstairs on top of the garage and the garage has a secure storage area.
The urbanisation is called Vinas del Mar. There are 21 houses on the developement on 2 phases. Phase 1 has 11 houses and the communal pool. The pool is about 25 metres away set in a well maitained garden.
We had the house valued last year at just under 300,000 euros and is now at 225,000 fully furnished. We furnished the house for ourselves and not for holiday rentals so is furnished to a high standard with quality furniture.
