    He’s asking what he paid for it back at the peak of the boom in 2007, despite asking prices falling at least 22pc in the area since then (say Facilisimo).

    Bit over-priced, don’t you think ❓ Maybe another one of the reasons why the market is so dead…

    he is now asking €220,000 apparently -what a clot buying for €470,000 three years ago????????’

    Bought for €470,000 three years ago, put on the market for €400k, now reduced to €220,000.

    Well at least he’s recognising the bottom has fallen out of the Spanish property market.
    Jumping ship before it gets worse?

    I wonder if he believes the official price statistics that are published? Currently 25% reduction reported for the costas.

    At a 53% reduction and probably no offers he may start to doubt his own statistics 😆
