Check the link http://www.crimeshare.com (a play on Timeshare) who expose many crooks with loads mentioned in Spanish scams.
Then look under ‘O’s and lo and behold the same estate agent mentioned in the link in the Sunday Times ‘Confessions of a Costa Agent’ in the Forums page on this site ‘Problems investing off plan’.

PR ely – naughty, naughty – this is not a place to post a corny bit of praise before slipping in a bit of advertising re. the website for your business.

Eternal vigilance is required to keep people from abusing the rule against commercial posts!
Increasing I found that some companies were spamming this forum with 10s if not 100s of commercial posts (usually something to do with poker or cheap flights). I then had to spend hours deleting them one by one. Not a good use of my time. Since last week you can only post if you are a registered user. I was worried that this might reduce forum participation. However it looks like the quantity and quality of posts has actually gone up.

actually I wanted to post something good about an Agent … 🙄
My house was for sale with the totally awful estates for over one year with ZERO attempts to sell it on their behalf. Gave it to Viva a couple of weeks ago since then the sales agent, the aftersales staff and a manager have all phoned to introduce themselves and tell me their plan to sell it. Whenever they show it, they phone with feedback.!!!!!!
We slag them off all the time, but after the awful experience of the last year I’ve had more attention in the last 2 weeks than previous 52! and yes they are shafting me for a 7% commisson. 😈
Heres hoping I’m not disappointed after this good start and they manage to sell it at a resonable price this year. 8)

banushouse, I wish you luck with Viva, and I would agree that they are a much better bet than ‘Awful’ Estates, but if things don’t happen try contacting Chris McCarthy their boss direct, I found him to be more helpful than the hamburger man!!!
