    This is a reply from in response to a complaint sent to them as posted on this site on 8th April 2005.

    Company Director.

    Dear Mr Bishop

    I have now concluded my investigations into this matter and am sorry to note from such investigations that you were unable to afford to complete your proposed property purchase.

    It would appear that in the circumstances did all they could to assist you in this matter and accordingly I am closing your file. I trust this concludes matters between us.

    This company (like the one mentioned via link in ‘Problems investing off-plan) have also been exposed on TV and the Newspapers for mis-selling and ‘aggressive’ sales tactics. They don’t leave you alone until you have reserved a property and then they ‘dump’ you, it’s all about commissions and nothing about the truth of the many pitfalls.
