    And given the current climate, the Spanish tax authorities will drag out the claim procedure, wanting to see every document again and creating delays at every opportunity. It will be years before anyone actually sees a refund, and if you don’t speak Spanish you are going to have a difficult time chasing it up.

    This story has been doing the newspaper circuit for a couple of years. Usually put out by people set to gain a fee for processing the claims. Most sellers never paid it anyway, they paid the retention and buggered off. Told you the Telegraph is one of the worst for this type of advertising/churnalism!
