The farm is conveniently situated about 3 kilometres outside the busy market town of Cocentaina. It is set high up above the town and the views from the property are absolutely stunning with mountain ranges all around.
The Spanish people love their fireworks and one gets a bird’s eye view of any pyrotechnic activities from the property which overlooks both the towns of Cocentaina and Alcoy, both of which are very happy to let off fireworks at the drop of a hat.
The house itself is very old. No one is quite sure when it was built but judging by the thickness of the walls and the construction methods used, it is likely to have been built well over a hundred and fifty years ago.
