    Dear all.

    My name is Francisco and I’m selling my house.
    Is located in Elda, a big town 20 min far from Alicante City in the Highway to Madrid. The house is a bungalow paired in a small urbanization with 16 neighbours. Is so cheap cause has no services into the urbanization.
    The house features 4 floors. First of all a semi-basement garaje with space for two large cars and a little corner as a storeroom. Has 52 sq meters. Next floor is the principal. Has a big kitchen of almost 15 sqm, a little toilet of 3sqm (wc+basin) the livingroom with more than 22 sqm that make way to a litlle “south style” gallery of 7,5 sqm. From this gallery you could go down to the main terrace with more than 22 sqm with a bbq and a 3x2meters pool in summer. The livingroom is southfaced and has a lot of light and sun everyday all year.
    The first floor has 16 sqm mainroom with a handmade wardrobe and a 6,5 sqm complet bath (basin, wc and tub-shower), a second room to the south with 12sqm and a third room with a wardrobe refurbished, 10 sqm with a 5,5 sqm balcony. In the aisle has a big second bath with almost 6 sqm, basin, wc and a sauna-hydro massage cabin.
    Last floor consists on 16sqm attic style bedroom and a large 21sqm terrace. Total util space is 225 sqm 4 floors distributed including stairs and aisles, the entrance hall and a little terrace that brings welcome to the house by the main entrance.
    First and Second floor has mainly synthetic wood AC5 platform, except baths and kitchen. The house sells as you could see in the photos, totally furnished cause we go abroad to live and job.
    Is located 300m far from the Highway, but you don’t feel the noise or anything from this. And has a lot of stores near (10min walking, 1 min by car) to buy meals (Mercadona, Dia discount, Aldi, Lidl) Sports with padel, tennins and pools club, is close to the Municipal Music School and you could visit the town and his theatres, cinemas, lot of stores for clothing, sports…
    This house is 20min far from main beaches of Alicante City, Santa Pola, 40 minutes to Torrevieja, we have a lot of mountain places to visit (lot of mtbiking culture here, hiking and climbing) lot of forests and nice situated to visit the center of the Province with lots of little towns to have a rest or sightseeing. Benidorm is 60km far from here if you want to visit.

    Sorry, I just realize that one of the things that I didn’t post is the starting price of sale. I ask 180,000€ (155500 pounds), more than reasonable price for 240m2 house with 10 years old and fully furnished ready to live 20 minutes from several beaches and views of incredible sunsets …
