Lovely traditional Spanish villa, desirable area El Portet

    We are selling our villa in very desirable area of El Portet, Moraira, northern Costa Blanca.
    It was built in 1986 and has withstood the worst floods and storms of the last few years.
    There is 4 bedrooms divided between 2 totally separate apartments.
    Upstairs is very high standard of finish (e.g. marble floors) with 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, large lounge, dining room, separate kitchen and covered naya.
    Downstairs is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with spacious lounge area, dining room with small kitchen.
    There is ADSL, satellite TV, electric entrance gates, utility room, storage shed, a 10 x 5 metre pool, pool shower, 800 sq mtr plot of mature garden with trees a barbeque area and a car port.
    The house is in a very quiet cul-de-sac with easy flat access to multiple car parking. It is an easy 5 minute stroll to El Portet beach, and 15-20 minute walk to town.
    We are with two local estate agents Watkins & Wilson ( property WW1157) and SP Inmo (SP453) where many good pictures can be found.
    For a private sale we would look at any reasonable offers.
    This is NOT a distressed sale, but an opportunity to acquire a very sound house for permanent living or for a very good rental income.
    We have records of our income from holiday rentals of the downstairs apartment this summer with proof of a very healthy potential income, especially if someone was to rent the whole property.

    there is no price on your advert. i have just sold my property so am only interested in bargains as the offer i took was 90,000 below the value of last year. i used which gives a free website and shows photos to prospective buyers. then you can put all your photos, description and price on it.

    The villa is on the market with 6 agents at 425,000 euros.
    We are happy if it achieves 400,000 in the current market, being realists.
    For a private sale with no agents fees we may be a bit more flexible, but not much because whoever buys will get a bargain in a most beautiful spot.
