Latest news seems to be be that the FLO under AS has been rejected and the building licence under investigation. The area at Los Lagos is apparently classed as building land, not a green zone, which is at least something. The reason for the rejection seems to be that the area has been overbuilt. There is rumours that the water and electricity is going ahead with issuing private contracts so people no longer need to be supplied by the builders. If this happens or has happened, then the chances are everything will be o.k eventually.It will be interesting to see what develops in the next couple of weeks.
