Thanks I did realise it was a penthouse but as the name of the development wasn’t mentioned how was I to know how many floors high the blocks were. The view from a two storey penthouse is a little different from say a five storey one.

Yes it is an excellent deal on offer, When I paid my 40% Deposit in 2004 I never thought that 4 years later I would be willing to offer it at such a great price! Still, if you want to sell you have to be aware of what buyers are prepared to pay in the current market!
I wish I was just arriving again on the CDS with my cash in my pocket!!
Yes, it is still comparatively quiet in La Mairena but it truly is a beautiful area and the views are just amazing. There more people around here these days and its just a few minutes drive down to the Commercial Centre and one of the best beaches on the CDS.

The name of the development is Marbella Hill View.
The development sits right on Top of a hill that looks down all the way to the coast. If you stood on the Roof Terrace you would probably agree about the quality vista? Even the Ground Floor units still enjoy fabulous views.

After being messed about for months by a Serious Buyer, I have decided to reduce the price of our Penthouse Apartment to €206,000!! That’s €113,000 less than we paid Off Plan!
We also have a German couple who shall be working at the local German School in La Mairena who are very keen to rent it unfurnished from July 1st at €800 a month for 2 years.
