I just met someone who is selling a house in Tarifa. I know of a good real estate office there but the owner of the house also asked me to contact you to see if there is someone interested. I am a lawyer and work for english speaking clients.

The house is a historic house in downtown, Tarifa. It is good to set a little hotel ( 8 to 12 rooms) but it would need lots of reforms.

Is business so bad that lawyers are moonlighting as selling agents now?

    Dear Katy:

I am not a selling agent, I am a lawyer working preferently to assist English speaking clients in their purchases in Costa de la Luz and some other places in Cadiz province (Andalucia)

It happens sometimes that a client also ask for my help to sell a property which generally it is part of the legal case. I asked Mark first and he suggested to try in this private sales forum. It doesn´t necessarily have to arise an uncompatibility. Any how I want to be useful for people linked to Propertyinspain.net and if Mark decides it is not healthy for the forums if I post there as I am a lawyer I won´t do it of course.

    Best,

In my last post in this forum I said: Propertyinspain.net. I am sorry about the mistake. They are different people. I meant: spanishpropertyinsight.
