Does anyone here, either own a property or about to buy one on the resort of Hacienda del Alamo?

I’m buying one in Phase 3, and the developer says it’ll be ready in Oct 2005. Does anyone know what progress has been made on the resort, and how it’s looking? Any views/opinions etc would be greatly appreciated – esp. with regards to what’s happening with the prices.

I have no intention of being an ‘investor’ – I’m buying the property as a holiday/second home, but would like to hear from anyone else who may have had problems – not that I’ve had any – the developers have been fine and kept me informed etc.

The only concern I had was that when I was on the resort 6 months ago, the whole place (Phases 1 and 2 which have been completed for a year now) seemed desserted – hardly any on the properties has any occupants.
