    Taking into consideration the current climate here in CDS, and thinking the development may be Castillo which was a little over priced to start, and trusting it is a unit to the front and not facing the wrong direction, I would be prepared to offer something, but not what you are asking

    Yes it is Castillo and being as you are familiar with the development you will know that the front facing apartments start at around 700k upto over 1million.
    Ours is South West facing with permanent sea views.

    I wish you luck.

    At the speed that the developer is completing his other developments in the area you will be lucky if he completes your apartment by the end of 2008 if not early 2009.

    As a general guide resale prices in the area are some 30% below the prices the developer was selling through 2004 – 2007

    I am writing this post from a rented apartment just 5 minutes away from Duquesa Marina.

    You want how much?

    Duquesa Marina is a tacky collection of “Watneys Red Barrel” bars serving all day english breakfasts. I could not find a single restaurant of note.

    And as for the beach. A beach to me means sand, not the course gravel prevalent all along the coast here.

    You need to take a look at the prices on offer in some of the local estate agents before you ask what you are asking, and even then these are over priced.

    And finally, the amount of building down here is staggering, I am sure most of it will never be finished or fully occupied
