      Just more of the same ole in a different location. Telegraph are one of the worse newspapers for publishing these advertisements written-up as articles.

      Good to see something about the Costa Brava here after my request for info about Garoina drew a blank. Shame the Telegraph article is such remorseless drivel though. The comment from Dick Thornton is on the money mind you – the prices suggested are almost certainly unachievable.

      A few thoughts based on pretty extensive research and time spent looking for a second (definitely not first) home there. Girona (the (almost) anagram of Garoina hadn’t escaped me) is an underrated city. I wouldn’t dream of allowing my children to be educated in Catalonia. One of the attractions of Catalonia is its almost total lack of golf courses. Even within my likely lifetime, the climate compromise of the Costa Brava may look a lot better than the CDS if climate change continues at its current rate.

      Should be enough targets there!
