I cant seem to get a straight answer from my solr on this one. We met the builder to seek compensation for an LFO delay in June he said he would get back to us and neved did. We waited and missed the completion date in July.
Getting concerned and still dealing with a crappy solicitor who never responds to mails or calls, he does talk to me once every two months or so the assure me he is doing “everything” he can.
I have instructed my solr to close the deal at the full asking price. The developer wont return our calls. Weird in the current climate.
Can the developer now say we missed the close date? Surely they have to communicate something to us in this respect.
Starting to think the solr is in on the act.

It may be adviseable to get hold of an independant lawyer to find out the story on your behalf – you really dont want to complete on something where the developer may have gone bust!

The developer hasnt gone bust….yet.
I’m contemplating a name + shame on this website + media as I bought from a high profile EA headed up by a high profile lady who has been F’all use.
