    It seems from this article that the construction of new properties in Madrid has risen 78% in the first quarter 2014 compared to the previous year, from 2,835 to 5,040 buildings. Too soon?

    La construcción de vivienda nueva en Madrid comienza a crecer, tras su bajada imparable iniciada en 2008. Los datos de proyectos de obra visados por el Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Madrid (COAM) durante el primer semestre de 2014 desvelan una tendencia al alza y dejan ver una tímida luz al final del túnel en el que está inmerso el sector de la construcción.
