    It is time for Spain to realize that they did not arrive to the level of wealth of France so their prices should be lower.

    The banks could offer interest only mortgages until such time. They will not do so, no commercial rational reason behind it. Cut out the notary.

    This is good time for Spain to re think the whole businesses practises. Will they do it. NO.
