    We are having to support my stepdaughter and her husband in Canada and are therefore selling our Spanish apartment in Duquesa Village at 2002 price of € 200,000 to include all fixtures and fittings.

    Have axed the agents as cannot see how they justify the fees in this recession.
    So we are able to accept a 2002 price for the apartment fully furnished.
