They are selling a house in Villamanrique and a plot of land next to the house. It seems the house is old and need lots of reforms but the price they said to me is very good.

Villamanrique, La Mancha is south east Ciudad Real province. It has borders with Jaen.

It is in the Route of the Quixote and it is also famous because the named spanish poet Jorge Manrique lived there.

It is a typical La Mancha town. If you have read the Quixote you find the Venta de Villamanrique in the Cervantes work.

It has the spanish manchego taste, which is a very particular urbanism.

I can send to you pics as soon as I get them if you want. I also have the deeds in the Law Firm and could tell you more about m2.

You can see a map in this web: http://www.villamanrique.net.

It isn’t on any costa! It’s in landlocked Castilla-La Mancha.
Draw an imaginary line up from Almeria and one across from Benidorm and you will find it near enough there, east of the E-5 up to Madrid from Jaen.
