Have you had bad dealings with Atlas International?
Has this company retained monies from you?
Have you been forced to forfeit monies or been made to purchase on the understanding that they will retain your deposit if you change your mind?
Have they used a disclaimer on a pre-sales contract to distance themselves from snags or difficulties that have arisen?
If you can answer `yes` to any of the above or similar, it may interest you to know that a court case is imminent which will challenge Atlas’ legal authority to enforce terms on a contract which they have previously distanced themselves from, using their own evidence against them. (Contact me for case details)

I was very interested to leasrn about your case. I am trying to help a client who has been chased outrageously by Atlas for a deposit on a site at Colinas Del Largo Los Balcones Torrevieja which contract dates back to 2003 but which has still not had work started and we understand never had any chance of planning and never will be build upon.
I tried to e mail you but you may have given a wrong address?
It may help both our causes if we pooled infiormation? Please could you e mail me on “email@example.com”.
