We purchased this off plan property in 2003 and it is now close to complete in August 2007.
We are now looking at a much larger detached property and we would like to sell this apartment.
The property is located in Arenal Sur gated development. The development has 4 phases and this apartment is in phase 1. The development is 30 minutes from Marballa, 20 minutes from Gibraltar and within walking distance to Port of Duquesa (Manilva) and the Marina. This is one of the best Marinas on Costa del Sol and particularly good if you own a boat.

If you don’t mind me asking how did you sell in the end? What were your difficulties and did you use an agent ?

The developer was in fact late with the development and there was a clause for cancellation and refund. The developer was also due to pay interest on the deposit and a penalty. Considering the refund and interest and all associated things, I ended up going back to the developer’s agent who sold it to another buyer.
