My brother is looking to purchase a property in the Costa Del Sol area.
He is interested in properties where the eventual sale price would be up to EU120,000.where the seller would be prepared to accept a lower price in order to sell to a serious cash buyer who can move very quickly if required.
The primary requirements are:
* Costa Del Sol area between Malaga and Calahonda
* 3 Double bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms (or 1 bathroom with toilet plus a separate toilet)
* Garage or underground secure parking
* Within 20 minutes walk to a train station or bus stop with a regular service
* Within 10 minutes of cafes, bars and shops.
* Apartment or House (If ground floor flat or house then in a gated complex for security)
