    We are looking for a 2 bed apartment, with communal pool, private car parking, communal gardens, air conditioning, frontline beach. Preferred area is Puerto Cabopino, but will consider other areas as long as frontline. Small development preferred. Contact through forum.

    Frontline beach or golf? I’m selling my frontline beach 2bed 2bath single phase on a low density complex, extremely high quality. Its in Duquesa and has private parking, gardens, pools, air cond, under floor heating, touch screen control system, sea views, ultra modern design. Looking for offers around 30% BMV.

    Loads of pictures, plans etc, will be brand new in about 6 weeks.

    Hi, we are looking for frontline beach. Will it ACTUALLY be ready in 6 weeks as we are due out 27th May for a week, also,

    – what are you selling it for in £’s or Euros,
    – are the other properties on the development already lived in,
    – are all the communal facilties up and running,
    – what is the maintenance charge?

    Hi – The completion date is between mid June to mid July, this is on target and backed by a guarantee.

    We had it valued earlier which came in at 389,000 to 419,000 we are looking for offers in the region of 289,000 euros.

    Not sure if they are lived in yet as its not quite complete, however the developerr has only a couple of properties left for sale which are extremely expensive, so unlike other developments, no empty properties!

    Communal facilities will be arranged nearer June, I am in contact with a few owners and expect th hear something very soon.

    Maintenance charge will not be too much, as an average guide for the area expect to pay upto 150 euros per quarter.

    Jacob – when you say frontline do you want actual first to the beach with nothing in front and open views, or in a frontline complex which may have an apartment in front of it?

    I know a place like that between the mediterraneam sea and Mar Menor. In front just the pool, the promenade, the beach and the sea. In the rear side, a posh restaurant with a sailing school, where you can see the nicest boats the weekends, and the Mar Menor without any building in the middle. And not far away a 9 holes golf course with training area and club. In the parking you have a room also to let the items you carry to the beach, the wine, and the sport equipment. The price is around 250K € plus 7% taxes.

    In fact I have my apartment there (285).
