Espalmador
- Espalmador is a private island just off the Coast of Ibiza, in the Balearics. It lies between Ibiza and Formentera, in the Ses Salines natural park.
- Espalmador is private property. The public has the right to walk along the sea front, but not to walk into the island.
- There are mud flats on Espalmador. In theory the mud flats are off-limits but this law is ignored. The ecosystem of the bay is being damaged by tourists washing off mud in the sea.
- The mud baths are a potential health hazard. There are no health or beauty benefits from bathing in them, despite what guide books say.
- There are no public facilities whatsoever on Espalamador.
