The asking price for a newly built 4-bed, 4-bath country villa (Masia) in South East Mallorca has been reduced by 40% from 1,475,000 to 895,000 Euros, a reduction of more than half a million Euros.

I don’t know if than now makes it good value, but there’s no denying it’s a substantial price reduction.

Don’t be put off by the landscaping, or lack of it – that’s easy to solve. You just have to throw money at it.
