This year BMP are organising an expert discussion on foreign demand for holiday-homes in Spain
This year Barcelona Meeting Point (BMP) – the leading real estate trade fair in Spain – is dedicating a session to the holiday-home market in Spain, with a focus on sales to foreign buyers. It’s a targeted towards people in the business.
The session is organised in association with IESE – one of the world’s top business schools – with speakers that include some of the sector’s leading experts. It will be moderated by me.
Here are some of the questions to be discussed:
- When will the market recover?
- How do we deal with the glut?
- What to build in future?
- What will be the key to success in future?
Should be interesting.
It takes place on Thursday 20 October from 12.00 – 13.15 at BMP and costs €54 to attend.
