A bit of an improvement on September, but otherwise not much to say about this month’s Tinsa Spanish property price index.
For those of you who don’t know, Tinsa in one of Spain’s leading appraisal companies. Just like all other appraisal companies in Spain, their valuations tend to reflect the interests of the banks that pay for them. Go figure.

I guess we can forget the numbers and admire the trend on the YoY chart. Looks like we have a nice “double dip” forming.
