Pisos.com say asking prices down 0.62pc in August – see charts

Spanish property portal Pisos.com says asking prices fell 0.62pc in August, based on listings in their database.

This follows the news a few days ago from Idealista.com – another big Spanish property portal – that asking prices fell 1.1pc in August.

Given that asking prices in Spain are notoriously detached from market prices, neither source tells us much about the true value of property today. But at least Pisos.com provide us with some pretty charts (below).
